The program serves all age groups and experience levels. Campers train in small groups based on ability, not age alone. Coaches adjust the pace for each group. Beginners learn fundamentals and confidence. More advanced athletes train at a higher level with competitive drills and clear performance goals. Every chid receives instruction matched to where they are and the goals they have set.

NEGTC is an unplugged, tech free camp. Campers do not bring cell phones, gaming devices, or any device with WiFi access. This approach strengthens human connection, social growth, and focus. Campers build friendships, engage fully in training, and enjoy outdoor activities without digital distraction. Staff follow the same standard and do not carry phones on camp. The result is a present, connected community.

Our staff come from around the world and bring strong experience working with children and athletes. Every staff member has completed at least one year of college and is background checked before hiring. We interview each candidate and review references carefully. We hire people who reflect our mission, values, and commitment to supervision and care. Before camp begins, staff complete six full days of training focused on youth development, group leadership, safety, emergency procedures, and program preparation. This process ensures athletes at New England Golf & Tennis Camp are supported by trained, responsible, and engaged adults every day.
